You know your baby better than anyone. I know the science of sleep. Together, we'll find a solution that works for your family.

Vaishali Bhardwaj, Ph.D.
About me
My journey into sleep consulting began with my sister — who ran on empty for three years because she never sleep trained. I made a quiet promise to myself: that wasn't going to be my story.
Parents are often told to just push through — that broken sleep is the price of having a baby. I never bought into that.
When my daughter was born, I drew on my background as a research scientist and studied everything there was to know about infant sleep, building a method grounded in evidence rather than guesswork. Even facing challenges like silent reflux and weight concerns, I found a way through — and we both finally slept. Then came my son, and everything I thought I knew was tested again. His temperament was entirely different, and the method that had worked for my daughter only made things harder for him. Finding what worked meant going back to the drawing board — and that experience taught me something I now believe deeply: there are many methods that work, but the right one is the one that fits your baby. Choose the wrong one and you're making an already hard process harder than it needs to be.
That's what I bring to every family I work with — the science, the real-world experience, and the understanding that every child is different and every solution should be too.
My philosophy
That distinction matters — because skills can be taught at any age and relearned after any disruption.
Sleep training isn't a one-time event. Illness, travel, regressions, new siblings — life will keep coming. When it does, you'll be prepared to handle it.
There's no shortage of sleep training approaches — and they all have merit. The one that gets results is the one that fits both you and your baby. Matching the right method to the right family is what I do.
Being tired all the time isn't a badge of honor — a rested family is a more connected, more present, and more patient one. That's worth working for.
Imagine this
There will come a night when you place your baby in their crib, say goodnight, walk out, and watch them on the monitor — quietly cooing themselves to sleep. That night is coming. I'll help you get there.
Packages
Every family I work with gets a personalized approach — because no two babies are the same. Whether you need a quick gut-check or full hands-on support, there's a place to start.
One thing that sets me apart from most sleep consultants: I offer real-time text support from 6pm–5am on the first three nights of sleep training. Not a next-morning response. Not a voicemail. A real person, awake, ready to help you think through whatever is happening at 2am — because that's exactly when your resolve needs the most support.
For families who need clarity and a clear direction.
For families ready to make a real change.
For families who want someone with them through every moment.

What families say
“I made it through bedtime — but when my baby woke up in the middle of the night, I was exhausted and desperate and ready to bring her into bed with us. I texted Vaishali and she was right there. She helped me hold on. Making it through that first night was everything — I finally believed it was actually going to work.”
— Reina S.
“Before reaching out to Vaishali, I had tried what I thought would be gentler approaches but couldn't get them to stick. Vaishali gave me the confidence to try something I had been scared of -- and what surprised me most was how much less crying there was compared to what I had been through before.”
— Nick T.
“My husband and in-laws were convinced sleep training would hurt our bond with our baby. Vaishali read the room — she knew what we needed was evidence, not reassurance. She walked us through the research methodically and that changed everything. Once the fear was off the table, everyone was on board.”
— Priya K.
